Available styles include high shear impellers, high vane impellers, propeller blades, turbine blades, high viscosity blades, and custom impellers built to specification. Blade selection depends on tooth pattern, tank diameter, viscosity range, and material composition.

Patented polymer dispersing impellers that are far safer than metal blades, which can sharpen over time. They also reduce metal contamination, last far longer due to the abrasion-resistant materials, and are now available in aggressive designs to dramatically increase production rates. Pharmaceutical grade polymers are available.

Saw-tooth type high shearing metal blades in a variety of designs, some of which include high pumping. Popular for high-speed dispersion of pigments, fillers, and resins in paint, ink, and coatings where shear is needed.

High Vane Impellers can have axial and/or radial flow vanes that move the full batch at minimal shear, focusing more on pumping — suited to coatings letdown, emulsification, and clay processing.

Close-clearance blades that follow the vessel wall for high-viscosity, low-shear mixing and heat transfer without product buildup. Also used where air entrainment is not desired. High Viscosity Blades can take the shape of an Anchor, Gate, Helical, Bow Tie, and Butterfly.

High Efficiency, Axial Flow, and Radial Flow flat-blade turbines for excellent mixing of fluids and/or gas as well as solids suspension in taller vessels.

Marine-style propeller impellers that generate axial flow for bulk fluid movement and blending at lower shear, from laboratory to production diameters.

Built to specification — custom tooth pattern, diameter, material of choice, and modifications to existing blades and impellers. Also available are modifications to standard lines, such as a variety of helical blade designs or modifications to the Polyblade designs.
