This system consists of two primary components: a lower shaft/blade unit and an upper power unit complete with detachable lid mounting plate. Installation is fast and easy,* the tank’s lid is simply ‘sandwiched’ between the unit’s upper and lower parts and secured by bolts (no welding). The upper unit can be quickly moved from tank to tank. The tank contents remain sealed when the drive unit is removed.

Can be supplied with your choice of turbine blade sizes.
Upper unit consists of a motor (air, hydraulic or electric), gear box and mounting flange and coupling. Please specify motor type and hp.
Lower unit consists of a mounting plate, bearing housing shaft and (2) turbine blades. Please specify shaft length.
A bracket is available to turn a mixer into a bridge mount mixer. Bracket fits drums 18" to 31" in diameter.
Our extra powerful 3 and 5 hp direct drive air-operated mixers for drums and tanks are designed to effectively mix liquids without costly spills or splashing. Also available are versions for use with tote tanks and various other tanks.
