Norstone provides a range of services to assist customers enhancing their capability to provide products that can’t be produced in house.

The best way to get started is to complete one of the Request for Information specification forms or call us. Norstone offers services and support in the following areas:

CONSULTING

Due to Norstone’s vast experience in the worlds of mixing, dispersing and milling, Norstone is able to assist customers with most of the aspects of these processes.

For many of these projects, consulting fees are not assessed.

DESIGN & PRODUCTION OF PARTS

Norstone provides a service to assist with designing and producing specialty parts and custom parts. The parts can be produced from just about any material as we use a wide range of manufacturing methods.

Included in our wheelhouse are abrasion resistant and non-metal custom parts for all industries.

DESIGN & PRODUCTION OF WASH CARTS

Norstone designs and manufactures custom wash carts to suit any application.

TOLLING & CONTRACT SERVICES

Norstone can provide a quote for tolling/contract services for most aspects of the manufacturing process regardless of product or industry.

We can assist in the areas of Mixing, Dispersing, Milling, Screening, Classifying, Magnetic Separation, Grinding Media Cleaning, Spray Drying & Testing for powders and liquids.

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE OF EQUIPMENT
